Employees are hired by RS Global Staffing Services and contracted out for a monthly consulting fee

Our initial contractual term is for 3 months

If you and the remote worker both believe the relationship is mutually beneficial, the next renewal period is for 9 months

We offer our remote workers a standard 10 day PTO & 5 sick days with all US Federal Holidays (on accrual basis) only earned if the 3 month period is completed successfully
