General Contract Terms

  • Employees are hired by RS Global Staffing Services and contracted out for a monthly consulting fee

  • Our initial contractual term is for 3 months

  • If you and the remote worker both believe the relationship is mutually beneficial, the next renewal period is for 9 months

  • We offer our remote workers a standard 10 day PTO & 5 sick days with all US Federal Holidays (on accrual basis) only earned if the 3 month period is completed successfully

1. Entry Level

$ 1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month

  • General Entry Level Analyst (Business, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) 

  • 1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree  

  • 80-90% English proficiency 

Information Technology

3. Tech

$ 3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month

  • Software developer and IT Service Engineers 

  • 2-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree

  • Multiple IT certifications 

  • 90+% English proficiency

$ 1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per month

  • Experienced Sr. Analyst or Manager (Business, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) 

  • 3-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree 

  • 95+% English proficiency
